This episode is part of the the premiere of Lost: The Final Season. The first is Lost, Season 6, Episode 1, LA X, Part 1.

Last we saw, Juliet was down the hole with the hydrogen bomb. This episode helps reveal what happens afterward, and some surprising events with the original Flight 815.

The sixth and final season premiered on February 2, 2010, with a two-hour premiere preceded by a one-hour clip show. The show continued from February 9, 2010 at its new time slot of Tuesdays at 9 p.m. with a total of 18 episodes airing in 16 broadcasts, and ended with a four-and-a-half hour series finale on Sunday May 23, 2010. The finale began with a two-hour recap special, and continued with the two-and-a-half hour final episode. This aired in Ireland on RTÉ Two on Monday May 24, 2010 after a last-minute decision to bring the showing forward by three days “in the interest of Lost’s loyal audiences who followed all 6 series on RTÉ Two”.
